WARNINGS:
- Never work under a vehicle that is supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on jack stands unless a lift is used.
- When jacking up the vehicle, place wheel chocks under the track at the front and rear.
- When using a two-post lift, spread the legs to their maximum width. Make sure the vehicle is properly balanced before lifting.
- Make sure that the lift supports do not touch the brake pipes and fuel lines.

To avoid deformation of the threshold, special pads with slots or their substitutes must be installed on the stands and supports of the lifts.

When using a lift, the front trim should be installed under the front of the door opening.
