Warning! If the car stereo system is equipped with a security code, make sure you have the correct combination to activate the audio system before disconnecting the battery! Jack up the front of the car and place it on supports, remove the right front wheel.
2. Remove the drive belts (see Chapter Settings and ongoing maintenance).
3. Remove the right front wheel arch protection liner.
4. Having blocked the crankshaft joint from turning using a chain or strap wrench, loosen the central bolt of its fastening.
5. Using screwdrivers or a large crowbar, pry the pulley from both sides and carefully remove it from the shaft journal. Use a puller if necessary.
6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
