Replacing the air filter and crankcase ventilation filter (Nissan Terrano 1)

1. The filter should be inspected periodically, especially when driving on dusty roads.

2. Unscrew the wing nuts, move the spring latches and remove the cover (photo).

3. Remove the filter element. If it is heavily contaminated, replace the element.

4. Wipe the inner surface of the housing, remove the crankcase ventilation filter (if provided) replace (photo).

5. Assemble the filter in reverse order.
