2. On vehicles with air conditioning, disconnect the hoses at the engine compartment bulkhead (photo).

3. On vehicles without air conditioning, remove the radiator shroud (photo) and disconnect the hoses at the engine compartment bulkhead.

4. Remove the center section (if provided).
5. Disconnect the dividing flap cable from the fan casing.
6. On vehicles with air conditioning, remove the fan, unscrew the nuts and bolts of the cooling unit.
7. Loosen the screws and lift up to remove the heater.
8. Remove the control panel (see below).
9. If necessary, disassemble the heater, for which disconnect the rods of the mixing and dividing flaps lever, remove the latches and separate both halves of the casing (photo). When installing, adjust the rods (see below).
