Removal
Door Lock Drive Components

1. Remove the interior door handles, trim panel and polymer sealing film.
2. Raise the window glass completely and loosen the lower bolts of the guide channel. Remove the channel from the back of the door frame.
3. Loosen the screws securing the inner handle of the remote door lock drive to the inner door panel.
4. Disconnect the remote control rod from the lock. Remove the rod with the handle from the door.
5. Disconnect the release button rod from the lock.
6. Disconnect the actuator rod of the cylinder from the lock mechanism.
7. On models with central locking, disconnect the actuator rod of the drive motor from the latch.
8. Loosen the screws securing the lock mechanism to the door - use an impact screwdriver if necessary. Remove the lock mechanism from the door through the access hole.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
1. Before installation, lubricate the lock mechanism with universal lubricant.
2. By turning the nut on the actuator rod of the outer door handle, adjust the gap between the nut and the lock lever - when the handle is released, the gap should be 0.5÷1.5 mm.
3. Before installing the polymer sealing film and door trim panel, check the proper functioning of the lock and window lift mechanisms.
