Removal
1. Raise the window glass completely and remove the interior door handles, trim panel and polymer sealing film.
2. Disconnect the actuator rod from the lock cylinder lever.
3. Using pliers, grasp the upward-facing edge of the lock cylinder retaining clip and remove the clip from the mounting groove in the cylinder body.
4. Remove the lock cylinder together with the seal from the door.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
1. Check the condition of the lock cylinder seal. Replace if necessary.
2. If necessary, replace the actuator rod retainer.
3. Before installing the polymer sealing film and door trim panel, check the proper functioning of the lock and window lift mechanisms.
