Note: New door mirror glass can be purchased individually. To remove the old glass, it must be heated with a hair dryer to melt the adhesive layer. New adhesive can be purchased at the manufacturer's dealership - try to use only the branded product.
Manual mirrors
Removal
1. Loosen the screws securing the mirror bracket to the door and carefully remove the mirror together with the trim panel (see accompanying illustration). Try not to drop the mirror mounting bolt plate inside the door. If this does happen, remove the door trim panel and the polymer sealing film, providing access to the plate so that it can be returned to its original position during assembly.

2. Check all components for cracks and other damage. Replace defective parts.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Before tightening the mounting screws, make sure the mirror bracket is positioned correctly.
Electrically adjustable mirrors
Removal
1. Loosen the screw securing the interior trim panel of the mirror to the frame.
2. Disconnect the drive electrical connector.
3. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the mirror to the door frame.
4. Check all components for cracks and other damage. Replace any that are defective.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Check the condition of the electrical connector contacts.
