Attention.
- At low temperatures, the liquid that gets on the windshield may freeze and limit visibility. Before using the washer, it is recommended to warm up the windshield by turning on the heating system and blowing the windshield.
- Do not open the hood latch or lift the hood when the windshield wiper arms are raised.
- Do not operate the washer continuously for more than 15 seconds.
- Do not turn on the washer if there is no fluid in the reservoir or if the fluid is frozen.
Windshield
Continuous operation mode (without rain sensor)
"AUTO" mode (with rain sensor)
The windscreen cleaner and washer can only be operated when the ignition is switched on ("ON" position).
Note: To make the wiper blades perform only one stroke, press the lever up (3).
Press the lever down to operate the wiper at the following speeds.
Lever position 1
Intermittent mode (- -) or automatic ("AUTO"). In "AUTO" mode (for some vehicle versions) the windshield wipers operate on command from the rain sensor.
- In intermittent mode, you can adjust the pause duration by turning the ring in direction A (slower) or B (faster).
- The windshield wiper speed also changes according to the vehicle speed (for some vehicle versions). For example, as the vehicle speed increases, the frequency of the windshield wiper will increase.

In the "Low" (--) lever position (2), the windshield wiper operates at a low frequency.

Washer control
To turn on the windshield washer, pull the lever towards you (5). Every fifth time the windshield washer is turned on, the headlight washer is also turned on (for some vehicle versions). The headlight washer is only activated when the light switch is in the on position

The windshield wiper will perform another sweep of the blades approximately three seconds after the windshield washer and wiper have finished working. This is done to remove any fluid drips from the windshield.
Rain sensor (for some vehicle versions)
The rain sensor is activated when the windscreen wiper switch is set to the "AUTO" position (1).
When moisture is detected on the windshield, the wiper will automatically operate at the appropriate speed.
You can adjust the sensitivity of the rain sensor by turning the ring control forward (A) - less sensitivity - or backward (B) - more sensitivity.
Note: The rain sensor is designed for use only during rain or other precipitation. The system can remain in "AUTO" mode in other weather conditions without any negative consequences. However, unexpected activation of the windshield wiper may occur.
Rear window

Attention.
- At negative ambient temperatures, the fluid supplied to the rear window from the washer nozzles may freeze and impair visibility. Before using the washer, it is recommended to warm up the rear window by turning on the electric heater.
- Do not operate the washer continuously for more than 15 seconds.
- Do not turn on the washer if there is no fluid in the reservoir or if the fluid is frozen.
The rear window cleaner and washer can only operate when the ignition is switched on ("ON" position).
Turn the switch handle clockwise to turn the rear window wiper intermittent mode (- - - (1) or continuous mode (- (2).
Push the lever away from you to turn on the rear window washer. The rear window wiper also turns on at the same time.
Note: If the windshield wiper switch is in the intermittent position, the "AUTO" position, or the continuous low or high frequency position, the rear window wiper will operate when reverse gear is engaged (for some vehicle versions).
