Windshield
The windshield wiper and washer can only operate when the ignition is on. To select the operating mode, press the switch down:
- ① Intermittent operation The frequency of the windscreen wiper is adjusted by turning the handle in the direction Ⓐ - slowing down or Ⓑ - accelerating
- ② Continuous low frequency operation
- ③ Continuous high frequency operation
- ④ Single wipe: Move the lever up
- ⑤ Turn on the washer: pull the lever towards you. The windshield wiper will make several passes at the same time as the washer
Rain sensor (if any)
The rain sensor is activated when the windscreen wiper switch is in the intermittent Ⓘ mode position (aUTO mode).

When water droplets are detected on the windshield, the rain sensor activates the windshield wipers, the frequency of which will depend on the intensity of the rain.
Rear window
The rear window wiper and washer can only operate when the ignition is on. Turn the switch knob clockwise to switch the rear window wiper to intermittent mode - ① or continuous mode - ②.
Push the lever away from you ③ to turn on the rear window washer. The rear window wiper is also turned on at the same time as the washer.
Attention:
- Do not operate the windshield washer continuously for more than 15 seconds.
- Do not operate the windshield washer if there is no fluid in the washer reservoir or if the fluid is frozen.
- At negative ambient temperatures, the fluid supplied to the rear window from the washer nozzles may freeze and impair visibility. Before using the washer, it is recommended to warm up the rear window by turning on the electric heater.
Note: If the windshield wiper switch is in the intermittent or continuous position (slow or fast) operating mode, then when the reverse gear is engaged, the rear window wiper is turned on (if any).
