Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the drive belt.
3. Disconnect the generator connector (1).
4. Unscrew the terminal nut "B" (2) and disconnect the wire from the terminal.
5. Unscrew the upper (3) and lower (4) generator mounting bolts.
6. Remove the generator upwards from the vehicle.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Attention: Make sure that the terminal nut "B" is securely tightened.
Note: Temporarily tighten the generator bolts (first the lower one, then the upper one), and then tightened (first the top and then the bottom).
Attention: Front generator stand (pulley side) is the original surface. Touch the original surface of the generator to the installation area, then tighten the mounting bolts.
Note: After installing the generator, the drive belt tension must be checked.
