Back cover
Warning. In some modifications, the removal of the back cover may be difficult due to the ring used to fix the outer ring of the rear bearing. To facilitate the removal of the back cover, it is necessary to heat the section of the bearing block with a 200 W soldering iron. Do not use an industrial hair dryer for heating, as this may damage the diode bridge.

1. Install the brushes, diode bridge assembly, voltage regulator assembly and stator.

2. Press the brushes with your fingers and install them on the rotor.
Note: Take care not to damage the friction surfaces of the slip ring.

Rear bearing
Attention.
- Do not use the rear bearing after removal. Replace with a new one.
- Do not lubricate the outer race of the rear bearing.
Front cover
1. Place the rotor in a vice.

Caution: Be careful not to damage the rotor. Use copper plates or thick cloth as a lining between the jaws of the vice.
2. Using a suitable tool, remove the pulley cover.
