Preparatory work
Remove the front door trim.
Remove the protective screen.
Note: If you reuse the screen, do not cut off the butyl tape.
Adjusting the crank arm
Note: Perform with the inner handle rod connected.
After securing the lock and the inner handle, move the lock and the inner handle to the locked position. Adjust the rod with a screwdriver by moving the hinge section in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure.
After adjusting the door lock button, check the operation (locking and unlocking) central locking switch or door key.
Adjusting the outer handle rod
Adjust the position of the bushing so that the clearance is normal, as shown in the figure.
