Setting up in software mode
2. Used to tune to a pre-programmed station (see subsection 1.5.3). Press the LMU button several times until the selected information appears on the display.
3. Press the button with the number that was previously assigned to the desired station. The desired station is tuned in, and the display shows the button number of the desired station.
Continuous search mode
4. In this mode, the station is searched automatically. After receiving the station, the tuning is automatically stopped.
Press both sides of the TUNE SEEK button simultaneously and wait for a continuous beep. The receiver will automatically search for the nearest station with a higher or lower broadcast frequency. After confident reception, tuning stops. Each subsequent press of the button will continue the search until the next station is confidently received.
If tuning is not possible after a single scan across the entire frequency range due to a weak signal, the search will continue, but at increased sensitivity, and the DX symbol will appear on the display.
Manual setting
5. Press both sides of the TUNE SEEK button simultaneously for no more than 0.5 sec. Each time the button is pressed, the frequency jumps to a frequency on which broadcasting is possible.
