Removal
1. Drain some of the coolant.
2. Follow the steps described in pp. 1–6 of subsection 6.2.12.
3. Disconnect all parts from the valve body.
4. Disconnect all hoses from the manifold, having marked them first.
5. Disconnect the recirculation tube from the manifold (the arrow indicates the nut of the recirculation tube fitting).
6. Disconnect the connectors from the injectors and from the coolant temperature sensor, remove the ground wires (the arrows indicate the screws for fastening the ground connection terminals on the right side of the manifold).
7. Remove the manifold stand.
8. Decompress the fuel system and disconnect the fuel hoses from the fuel distributor, immediately plug the hoses.
9. Make sure all wires and hoses are disconnected, unscrew the nuts and bolts, working in reverse order.
10. Remove the manifold and gasket.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
2. Before assembly, replace the gasket, thoroughly cleaning the separating surfaces.
3. Make sure that the hoses and wires are connected correctly.
4. Tighten the nuts and bolts in the sequence shown.
