Removing
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Remove the rear seat cushion (see subsection 13.23).
3. Loosen the two screws and remove the inspection cover.
4. Disconnect the wiring connector from the sensor and attach to the body with adhesive tape.
5. Depressurize the fuel system, tag, disconnect and plug the fuel hoses at the top of the sensor.
6. Designate the position of the sensor (if there is an arrow, then it should be facing forward in the direction of the car).
7. Unscrew the union nut with light blows on the screwdriver resting on the slots of the nut.
8. On parts of cars, to remove the sensor, unscrew the bolts.
9. Carefully lift the sensor, disconnect the pump from the bracket inside the tank by pressing on the bracket, and remove the sensor assembly with the pump.
10. Remove the gasket.
11. Disconnect the hose at the bottom and separate the pump from the sensor.
12. Rinse the filter and inspect carefully. Replace filter if clogged or damaged.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Replace the o-ring, securely fasten the pump, align the marks on the sensor and the tank before assembling.
3. Make sure that all hoses are connected securely and correctly.
