1. Remove the exhaust manifold cover.

2. Tighten the manifold mounting bolts and nuts. Tightening torque 18-22 Nm.

Checking the exhaust system

Inspect the exhaust pipes and muffler. They should not have any cracks, burnouts, external damage or severe corrosion. Check the condition of the exhaust system suspension.
