2. Remove the toothed belt, damper housing, intake manifold, camshaft sprockets.
3. Turn away bolts and remove a back cover of a belt (photo).

Removing the left head
4. Remove the compressor and set aside without disconnecting the lines.
5. Remove the distributor, generator, generator bracket and exhaust manifold.
6. Remove valve train parts.
7. Loosen the cylinder head bolts evenly and gradually and store them in their original order (photo).

8. Remove the small bolt at the bottom of the head (photo) and carefully remove the head.

9. Remove the power steering pump and set aside.
10. Remove the exhaust manifold, valve train parts and unscrew the cylinder head bolts (see above).
11. Turn away a small bolt in the lower part of a head and carefully remove a head of cylinders
Installation
12. Thoroughly clean the split planes of the block and head, grind small irregularities, drive and clean all threaded holes.
13. Lay a new gasket on the block (photo).

14. Hand-tighten the cylinder head bolts to their original positions. The flat part of the bolt washers must face the cylinder head (photo).

15. Tighten the bolts in 5 steps to the specified torque in the sequence shown (photo).
16. Remaining operations are carried out in reverse order. Change oil and filter.
