When installing the control cable (1) onto the shift mechanism assembly (2), make sure that the control cable is installed with the ribbed surface (A) facing up and is pressed in until it stops.



After installation, check the following:

• Presence of engine leaks and coolant level.
• Automatic transmission mode positions.
