Switching high and low beam headlights
If the lever is pushed forward while the headlights are on, the high beam will come on. If you pull the lever towards you, the dipped beam will light up.
Note: When the high beam is on, the corresponding indicator on the instrument panel is on.
Flashing headlights (when overtaking)
Flashing occurs regardless of the position of the switch.
If you pull the lever towards you beyond the dipped beam position, the high beam will light up for the time the lever is held in this position.
Headlights with xenon lamps
Xenon lamps have a high efficiency, the light spectrum of the lamps is close to the spectrum of sunlight.
Caution: The xenon lamp system uses high voltage. Do not disassemble or modify headlights. Removal and installation of headlights, as well as replacement of lamps, perform at a service station.
Note:
Turning lamps on and off frequently will shorten their lifespan. It is better to leave the headlights on when stopping at a traffic light or short-term parking.
Before xenon lamps burn out, like conventional ones, their brightness drops, the headlights can flash, and the spectrum of their glow shifts towards red. In such cases, contact the service station to replace the lamps.
