The switch operates regardless of the position of the ignition key.
Turning headlights on and off for models without fog lights
If you align the dot on the switch with the inscriptions on the lever, the following devices are turned on or off:

Note:
Do not turn on the lights for a long time with the engine off, as this can quickly drain the battery.
If you turn off the engine and open the driver's door without turning off the lights, a warning signal will sound.
Switching between high and low beam headlights
If you push the lever forward with the headlights on, the high beam will come on. If you pull the lever towards you, the low beam will come on.
Note: When the high beam is on, the corresponding indicator on the instrument panel lights up.
Flashing headlights (when overtaking)
Flashing occurs regardless of the switch position.
If you pull the lever further than the low beam position, the high beam will come on for the time you hold the lever in this position.
Headlights with xenon lamps
Xenon lamps have high efficiency, the spectrum of light from the lamps is close to the spectrum of sunlight.
Warning: The xenon lamp system uses high voltage. Do not disassemble or modify the headlights. Removal and installation of headlights, as well as replacement of lamps, are performed at a service station.
Note:
If you frequently turn the lamps on and off, their service life will be reduced. When stopping at traffic lights or for a short period of time, it is better to leave the headlights on.
Before xenon lamps burn out, like regular ones, their brightness drops, the headlights may flicker, and their glow spectrum shifts towards red. In such cases, contact a service station to replace the lamps.
