Switching from normal control mode to self-diagnosis mode: it is necessary to start the engine (turn the ignition key from the "OFF" position to the "ON" position) and press the "OFF" button for at least 5 seconds. The "OFF" button must be pressed within 10 seconds after starting the engine (turn the ignition key to the "ON" position).
Exit from this mode is performed either by pressing the "AUTO" button or by turning the ignition key to the "OFF" position. The transition from one diagnostic stage to another is performed by pressing the temperature control button to the desired position.
In addition, the transition from stage 5 to the auxiliary function ("AUXILIARY MECHANISM") is performed by pressing the ▲ button (fan, up).
