Never reuse drained brake fluid.
Do not mix different types of brake fluids (DOT3 and DOT 4).
Avoid contact of brake fluid with painted surfaces. If this happens, rinse the surface immediately with water.
Use only clean brake fluid to clean master cylinder parts, disc brake calipers and wheel cylinders.
Never use mineral fluids for cleaning (gasoline, kerosene), because they destroy the rubber parts of the hydraulic system.
