WARNINGS:
- While bleeding, constantly monitor the fluid level in the tank.
- If there is a suspicion that air has entered the master cylinder, first bleed the air from the master cylinder (see the section "Master Cylinder", "Installation").**
- For models with ABS, turn off the ignition and disconnect the actuator connector or the negative battery cable.
Air removal is performed in the following order:
Right hand drive models
Left rear brake mechanism → right front → right rear → left front.
Models with spruce steering wheel
Right rear brake mechanism → left front → left rear → right rear.
1. Place a clear vinyl tube over the bleed valve and lower it into a container of clean brake fluid.
2. Press the brake pedal fully several times.
3. While keeping the pedal depressed, unscrew the valve and release the air.
4. Close the valve.
5. Slowly release the brake pedal.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 until air-free brake fluid comes out of the valve.
7. Tighten the air release valve.
