Disconnection
WARNING: Avoid excessive bending, twisting or stretching of brake hoses.
1. Place vinyl tubes over the air release valves.
2. Drain the brake fluid through all valves by pressing the brake pedal.
3. Unscrew the union nut securing the brake pipe to the hose; and pull out the locking spring.
4. Close the openings to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system.
Joining
1. Tighten all union nuts and connecting bolts to the following torques:
- Cap nut - 15-18 Nm
- Connecting bolt - 17-20 Nm
2. Fill the system with new brake fluid.
3. Remove air from the system (see previous section).
