Removing
1. Remove the air cleaner cover, air line (located between the air cleaner and intake manifold) and rear resonator.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose and oil lines from the vacuum pump.
3. Make marks on the pump body and connector for later alignment, and remove the connector.
4. Turn away bolts of a water tube located under a cover of a gear belt of TNVD, and remove a water tube.
5. Remove the toothed belt cover.
NOTES:
- A description of the individual steps required when removing the vacuum pump is given in chapter «Engine».
- Remove the exhaust pipe before disconnecting the oil lines.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
When installing the connector, align the marks made when removing it. Pay attention to the orientation of the connector.
