Checking the voltage at the engine control unit connector (Nissan Almera N15)

The control unit is located behind the center console (see section "Location of main components") and to access it you need to remove the bottom panel of the console.

The control unit connector is covered with a protective casing.



To measure voltages on the connector contacts, extend the tester probe as shown in the figure.



The control unit in the CD20 engine does not have self-diagnosis capability.
