Removing
1. Remove the battery. Disconnect from TNVD electric sockets.
2. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to the TDC of the compression stroke (this corresponds to a cutout without a color mark on the crankshaft pulley).
3. Disconnect the fuel hoses and fuel supply pipes to the injectors.
4. Remove the air duct and toothed belt cover.
5. Remove the injection pump timing belt (see chapter «Engine»).
6. Remove the injection pump timing pulley using a special puller. Don't forget to remove the key from the shaft.
7. Remove the injection pump.
Installation
4. Insert the key into the groove on the injection pump shaft, then put on the toothed pulley (the keyway is marked as "IN").
2. Install the toothed belt (see chapter «Engine»).
3. Adjust the injection start angle.
4. Install all removed parts.
Disassembly and assembly
WARNINGS:
- Do not disassemble the pump more, the check is shown in the figure.
- Before installing the injection angle control valve, coat the O-rings and mounting surfaces with diesel fuel. After installation, check that there is no fuel leakage.
