Removal
1. Remove the battery. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the fuel injection pump.
2. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to TDC of the compression stroke (this corresponds to a cutout without a color mark on the crankshaft pulley).
3. Disconnect the fuel hoses and fuel supply pipes to the injectors.
4. Remove the air duct and timing belt cover.
5. Remove the fuel injection pump toothed belt (see chapter "Engine").
6. Remove the fuel injection pump toothed pulley using a special puller. Do not forget to remove the key from the shaft.

7. Remove the fuel injection pump.
Installation
4. Insert the key into the groove on the injection pump shaft, then put on the toothed pulley (the groove for the key is marked as "B").

2. Install the timing belt (see chapter "Engine").
3. Adjust the injection start angle.
4. Install all removed parts.
Disassembly and assembly
WARNINGS:
- Do not disassemble the pump any further, the check is shown in the figure.
- Before installing the injection angle control valve, apply diesel fuel to the sealing rings and installation surfaces. After installation, check for fuel leakage.
