Attention.
- Any drive belt that has been removed from the engine must be replaced with a new one.
- Every time the free belt is replaced, the automatic tensioner must be replaced with a new one.
- Do not start the engine without the attachment drive belt, as the crankshaft pulley may be damaged during the drive.
Removing
1. Remove the engine protection tray.
2. Remove the right front wheel.
3. Remove the right side mudguard.
4. Remove the drive belt.
5. Remove the automatic tensioner.
Installation
1. Install the automatic tensioner, aligning the protrusion with the groove, and tighten the mounting bolt to a torque of 40.0 Nm.
2. Install the drive belt.
3. After releasing the automatic tensioner, tension the drive belt.
4. Rotate the crankshaft pulley clockwise a few turns to equalize tension between all pulleys.
