- Battery ground cable.

2. Remove the right side mudguard.
3. Remove the engine cover.
4. Remove the implement drive belt.
5. Remove the right engine tie rod.
6. Remove the right engine mount.
7. Remove the right engine support bracket, right engine mount and expansion barrel.
8. To remove the top cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
9. Remove pendant mounting bracket (1).
10. Remove the lower timing belt cover.
11. Remove the threaded opening to determine the TDC.
12. Turn the crankshaft clockwise until the hole (A) the camshaft pulley was installed opposite the hole (IN) in the cylinder head.
13. Insert the top dead center pin (KV113B0110 (Mot.1430)) (A) into the camshaft pulley and cylinder head bore.
14. Screw in the top dead center test pin (special device).
15. Turn the engine crankshaft clockwise (the drive side of the gas distribution mechanism) until the crankshaft touches the top dead center pin (special device).
16. Pin (KV113B0110 (Mot.1430)) (A) must align with the holes in the camshaft pulley and cylinder head.
17. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.
18. Insert a flat screwdriver in place of the crankshaft position sensor to block the crankshaft, then unscrew the pulley bolt (1).
19. Remove the crankshaft pulley.
Attention. Do not completely unscrew the mounting bolt, just loosen the bolt slightly to prevent the pulley from falling off.
20. Loosen tensioner bolt (1), to relieve tension and remove the toothed belt.
