Note.
- When removing and installing exhaust system components, it is recommended to refer to the general appearance drawings below.
- To remove the heated oxygen sensor 2, use a special key (KV10114400) (A).
Attention.
- When assembling, always replace the exhaust system gaskets with new ones.
- Any heated oxygen sensor 2 that has been dropped from a height of more than 0.5 m onto a hard surface must not be used. Replace it with a new one.
- Before installing the new heated oxygen sensor 2, repair the threads using a special tool with anti-seize grease applied to it.
- Do not overtighten heated oxygen sensor 2 as this may cause damage.
- Remove deposits from the contact surfaces at each connection. Securely connect the joints to prevent exhaust gases from escaping.
- Temporarily tighten the sprinkling nuts on the exhaust side and the mounting bolts on the vehicle side. Before finally tightening the nuts, make sure that the exhaust system components do not touch the surrounding parts.
- Install elastic elements so that they retain their shape and are not twisted, compressed or stretched too much.
