Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Working under the car, give bolts of fastening of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases to a final collector. Disconnect the pipe from the manifold.
3. Remove the air duct that runs between the air cleaner and pre-cyclone dust separator.
4. Give fixing bolts and remove from a final collector a thermofilter. Note the connection point for the ground bus.
5. Moving in a spiral from outside to inside, gradually loosen the exhaust manifold fasteners.
6. Remove the fixing bolts, nuts and washers and remove the exhaust manifold assembly from the engine compartment (see accompanying illustration).
1 - heat shield
2 - exhaust manifold
3 - gasket
7. Check up interfaced surfaces of a final collector on presence of cracks, deformations and other damages. Make any necessary repairs or replace the manifold.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Do not forget to carefully clean the mating surfaces first and replace all gaskets.
3. Do not forget to install washers under the fasteners. Tighten the fastener to the required torque, moving in a spiral from the inside out.
4. When installing the heat shield, be sure to connect the ground bar.
Note. Lubricate the fastener threads with a suitable anti-seize sealant prior to installation to prevent sticking and to ensure continued serviceability of the equipment.
5. Start the engine and check the manifold for exhaust gas leaks
