Preparatory work
Relieve the fuel pressure.
Remove the accelerator cable.
Remove the upper intake manifold support.
Remove the crankcase ventilation hose (between the intake manifold and the valve cover).
Disconnect the fuel injector connectors.
Remove the vacuum hose and bracket.
Remove the air tube (air steering valve).
Fuel hoses
Removal
Caution: To prevent fuel leakage, plug the holes with plugs after removing the hoses.
Installation
Insert the fuel pipe into the hose so that the front edge of the hose aligns with the protrusion on the pipe, tighten the clamp tightly.
Start the engine, increase the speed and make sure there are no fuel leaks.
Fuel pipe assembly
Removal
Caution: Be careful with the fire as any remaining fuel in the tube will leak out.
Installation
Tighten the mounting bolts in two stages.
Stage 1:
Stage 2:

Fuel injectors
Removal
1. Open the clamp and remove it.
2. Remove the fuel injectors from the fuel line.
Attention:
Do not damage the spray area.
Do not drop or subject the nozzle to impact.
Do not disassemble or adjust the injectors.
Installation
1. Install the O-rings (installation is carried out in the same way as on the pressure regulator).
Attention:
Install O-rings with bare hands (without gloves).
Lubricate the O-rings with a small amount of fresh engine oil (with low viscosity, approx. 5W-30).
Do not clean or soak them in various solvents.
Prevent contamination and foreign particles from coming into contact with O-rings and adjacent parts.
During installation, do not scratch the O-rings with a tool or fingernails. Also, do not twist or stretch the O-rings. If the O-ring is stretched during installation, (twisted), then its further use is impossible.
Install the O-ring into the fuel pipe straight, without any distortions, do not turn or tilt it to the side.
2. Insert the clamp into the groove of the injector.
Align the nozzle tab with the slot on the clamp and insert it.
3. With the clamp in the installation position, align the protrusion on the fuel pipe side with the protrusion on the injector side, insert the injector onto the pipe straight, without distortion.
4. After the fuel injector is fully installed, make sure that the protruding flange on the fuel pipe side and the protrusion on the fuel injector side are engaged with the clamp.
Caution: Do not reuse the clamp, replace it with a new one.
