Preparatory work
(mark * indicates work to disconnect components from the top side)
Drain the engine oil.
Remove the engine protection from the bottom.
Remove the right mudguard.
Remove the front exhaust pipe.
Remove the A/C compressor bracket corner mount (see point 5).
Remove the center support beam (see point 2).
Removal and installation the lower oil pan
Removal
Loosen the mounting bolts in the reverse order to that shown in the illustration.

Using a cutter (special tool) separate and then remove the oil pan.
Installation
Apply sealant (KR51000150) a continuous strip 4.0-5.0 mm wide onto the surface shown in the figure.

Tighten the mounting bolts to the required torque in the order shown in the illustration.

Removal and installation the central support beam
Removal
Place a jack under the transmission and oil pan.
Caution: Position the jack as close to the center as possible.

Installation
Tighten the mounting bolts to the required torque, see section "Removal and installation the engine".
Removal and installation the oil deflector
Removal
Unscrew only the MB bolts (length 10 mm), bolts M8 (length 12 mm) are unscrewed in the prescribed order when removing the upper oil pan.
Installation
Apply Three Bond 1303B adhesive to the threads of the mounting bolts and tighten to the required torque.
Removal and installation the upper oil pan
Removal
Loosen the mounting bolts and nuts in the reverse order to that shown in the illustration.

Attention:
- Do not drop nuts 17 and 18 into the gearbox housing.
- Remove the oil pan using a cutter (special tool).
Installation
Apply a continuous bead of Three Bond 1207C sealant(KR51000150), as shown in the figure.

Attention:
- In the places marked with ★ in the figure, the strip of sealant should go around the outside of the hole for the bolt.
- If the installation is uneven, fill the gaps with sealant.
Tighten the mounting bolts and nuts in the order shown in the illustration.
Tightening torques and bolt sizes vary depending on location:
- M8x25 mm: №№1,2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10,12
- M8X75 mm: No.4, 7, 8, 11, 15, 16 (bolts No.7, 11, 15, 16 also secure the oil deflector)
- M8x60 mm: No.14
- M8X85 mm: No.13
- Nut Mb: No.17, 18
- M10x35 mm: No.20 (mount with gearbox)
- M10x45 mm: No.19 (mount with gearbox)
Removal and installation the corner mount for the air conditioning compressor bracket
Install the corner mount with the front side (marked "UP") facing up.
