Removal
1. Discharge the refrigerant into a HFC-134a recovery/recharging unit.
2. Remove the lower right engine guard.
3. Remove the compressor belt (sR engine models: also remove the alternator belt).
4. Disconnect the high and low pressure hoses from the compressor.

Caution: To prevent air from entering, plug the ends of the tubes or wrap them with vinyl tape.
5. Disconnect the connector from the compressor.
6. Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the compressor from under the bottom of the car.

Installation
Attention:
Replace the high and low pressure hose O-rings with new ones, then apply compressor oil to them and reinstall them.
After installation, adjust the compressor drive belt tension.
When adding refrigerant, check for leaks.
