Cabin air temperature sensor
Disconnect the connector from the interior air temperature sensor, check the resistance between pins #1 and #2 of the connector on the sensor side.
Outdoor temperature sensor
Disconnect the connector from the outdoor air temperature sensor, check the resistance between pins #1 and #2 of the connector on the sensor side.
Sunlight intensity sensor
1. Disconnect the connector from the sunlight intensity sensor.
2. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
3. Check that there is voltage between terminal #38 of the body-side auto-adjuster and «weight» is approx. 4.6V.
4. If the voltage is normal, go to step 5.
If the voltage is abnormal, either the automatic regulator or the wiring between the automatic regulator and the sunlight intensity sensor is faulty.
5. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
6. Connect the connector to the sunlight intensity sensor.
7. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
8. Check the voltage between terminal No. 38 of the automatic regulator on the body side and «weight».
Note: Sunlight intensity in direct sunlight on a clear day is approx. 767 W/m2 (660 kcal/m2-h).
Intake air temperature sensor
Disconnect the connector from the intake air temperature sensor, check the resistance between tracks No. 1 and No. 3 of the connector on the side of the sensor.
Refrigerant pressure sensor
See ch. Engine management system.
