2. Adjust the height according to the following dimensions.
- Height H1 pedals: 184-194 mm
- Height H2 pedals pressed down (during engine operation, with a pressing force of 490 N (50 kg): 85 mm or more
- Gap C between the limiter pad and the threaded tip of the brake light switch: 0.74 -1.96 mm
- Free travel A pedals: 3-11 mm
Adjustment
1. Turn the brake light switch 45°to the left and unscrew it.
2. Loosen push rod lock nut A, then rotate the push rod to adjust the required pedal height and tighten lock nut A.
Caution: Make sure the threaded end of the push rod stays inside the shackle.
Locknut A:
: 16-21 N-m (1.6-2.2 kg m)
3. Press the pedal to the stop with your hand so that the threaded tip of the brake light switch rests against the rubber stop.
4. Press the threaded lug into the pad, turn it 45°to the right and screw in the switch.
Attention: Make sure that the gap between the limiter pad and the threaded lug of the brake light switch is within the specified range (0.74-1.96mm).
5. Check pedal free play.
Attention: Make sure that when you release the pedal, the brake lights go out.
6. Start the engine and check the pedal height when depressed.
