Checking the soot concentration in the exhaust (Nissan Serena C24)

Perform 3-fold measurement in the modes shown in the figure.



Check the soot concentration in the exhaust using the average value (in 3 dimensions).

• Standard soot concentration in exhaust: below 25%

If the measured values are not within the norm, check the injection timing, fuel spray pattern by the injectors, compression pressure, air intake system patency, etc.
