Brake booster with integrated valve
The valve is inserted into the front part of the amplifier body.
Removal
1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hose from the valve.
2. Remove the valve from the rubber seal by turning it in different directions and pushing it towards you.
3. Remove the seal.
Examination
1. Check the condition of the valve, the valve should blow in one direction.
2. Replace the valve if necessary.
3. If there is any damage, replace the seal.
Installation
1. Install the seal into the amplifier housing.
2. Insert the valve carefully without damaging the cover.
3. Attach the hose.
4. Start the engine and check for leaks from the check valve.
Amplifier with remote valve
The valve is mounted in the vacuum line and secured to the body with a bracket.

Removal
1. Remove the valve from the bracket.
2. The arrow on the valve should point towards the hose connected to the suction manifold.
3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hoses from the valve.

Installation
1. The valve is installed in the reverse order.
2. Start the engine and check for leaks in the hose connections and valve.
