Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the center section of the front panel (see subsection 13.25).
3. Release the handbrake completely.
4. Disconnect the connector from the indicator lamp switch.
5. Loosen the nut and disconnect the adjusting bolt from the lever.
6. First, count the number of threads to the nut.
7. Unscrew the two bolts and remove the lever.
Installation
1. The lever is installed in the reverse order.

2. Loosen the nut by a pre-calculated number of threads, check the operation of the brake and adjust if necessary.
3. Before installing the panel, check the serviceability of the switch and indicator lamp.
