Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Set the wheels to a straight-ahead position.
3. On a 2-spoke wheel, remove the center trim, remove the horn panel by disengaging the clips with a screwdriver inserted between the wheel and the panel.
4. On a 3-spoke wheel, loosen the clamp with a screwdriver inserted into the recess of the bottom spoke.
5. Carefully pry the center trim panel from the bottom edge, release the remaining clips and remove the trim panel.
6. On a 4-spoke wheel, loosen the screws at the base of the hub and remove the cover.
7. Disconnect the horn wires.
8. Loosen the screw of the wire bracket (on car parts).
9. Mark the position of the wheel on the shaft (the arrow indicates the steering wheel position mark on the shaft).
10. Unscrew the nut.
11. Remove the wheel from the shaft splines by turning it to the sides and pulling it towards you, or using a puller.
Installation
1. Lubricate the surfaces of the turn signal switch components and the horn contact ring.
2. The steering wheel is installed in reverse order.
3. Make sure the circuit breaker is in the middle position beforehand, otherwise the turn signal switch may be damaged.
4. If necessary, install the wheel so that the spokes are positioned symmetrically relative to the car.
