Removal
1. Unscrew the connecting cable and the busbar.
2. Remove the glow plug.
Caution! After loosening, carefully remove the glow plug by hand, as the ceramic part is very fragile. Be careful not to let the glow plug fall. If the glow plug falls, it can no longer be used.
3. Check the glow plug for any visible damage.
Installation
1. Carefully screw in the spark plug by hand and tighten to 15–20 N·m.
Caution! The tightening torque must not be exceeded, otherwise the spark plug core will be damaged and it will fail prematurely. Make sure that no oil or fuel gets on the spark plug. If the tip is burnt, follow the recommendations.
2. Loosely screw on the busbar and electrical wire, first installing the spring and spacer washers on the spark plug.
