Spark plugs installed at the vehicle assembly site are designed for normal driving conditions. The following are conditions for which it is recommended to install other types of spark plugs with the appropriate heat range:
1. If the car is mainly used for short-distance trips and the engine does not have time to warm up to its operating temperature, it is recommended to use hot-type spark plugs.
2. If the vehicle is often used for long distance travel at constant high speed, it is recommended to use cold type spark plugs.
