1. Press the clutch pedal all the way down and move the gear shift lever to position "1" or "R".

Precautions when driving
To change gear, press the clutch pedal all the way down and then move the gear lever. Then slowly release the clutch pedal.
It is impossible to switch directly from fifth gear to reverse. First, you need to set the lever to neutral, and only then to reverse.
If it is difficult to move the lever to reverse or to first gear, first set the lever to neutral and only then, by pressing the clutch pedal, move the lever to reverse or to first gear.
Attention!
Do not keep your foot on the clutch pedal while driving. This will cause the clutch to fail.
Before shifting into reverse, the vehicle must be completely stopped.
To avoid gear slippage and crushing, always press the clutch pedal all the way down when changing gears.
To reduce the risk of road accidents, avoid sudden starts and acceleration.
When rapid acceleration is required, shift into a lower gear and accelerate until the maximum speed in that gear is reached. Do not exceed the maximum speed recommended for each gear. When driving on slippery roads, extra caution is required when accelerating or shifting into a lower gear. Sharp acceleration and downshifting on slippery roads can lead to wheel spin and loss of control.
