Removal
1. Remove the front mudguard (if any). See section "Mudguard".
2. Unscrew the mounting bolts of the protective wing pads. To gain access to the mounting bolts of the bumper cornice, partially remove the protective wing pads (right, left). See section "Protective wing lining".
3. Remove the lower clips from the front bumper.
4. Press the left and right radiator grille fasteners outward (in the direction of arrow 1), push forward and disengage (in the direction of arrow 2).
5. Remove the mounting bolts on both sides of the front bumper.
6. Lift the front bumper, pull it towards you and separate it from the front fender on both sides.
7. Disconnect the connectors from the fog lights (if any) on both sides.
8. Remove the front bumper assembly from the vehicle.
Note: Perform the work in pairs.
9. Remove the fog light trim (if any). See chapter Electrical equipment.
10. Remove the fog lights (if any). See chapter Electrical equipment.
11. Remove the front bumper energy absorber.
12. Remove the clips from the bumper stiffener on both sides.
13. Unscrew the bolts of the hood lock support stand.
14. Unscrew the four fastening nuts on the right and two on the left of the bumper stiffener and remove the stiffener from the body.
15. Remove the bumper pillar, bumper side bracket, front air duct on the left and right sides.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
Note: Adjust the gaps after installation
