Disassembly
Removal of the rear suspension assembly is described in the corresponding section of this chapter.
Disconnect the suspension crossmember and tie rod from the beam.
Examination
Check the parts for deformations, cracks and other damage.
Control dimensions:
- A - 207 208 mm
- B - 394-395 mm
- C — 601-603 mm
- D — 106-108 mm

Check all rubber parts. They should be replaced if they are worn, cracked or deformed.
Assembly
1. Connect the suspension crossmember and the tie rod. The tie rod bushing with the smaller inner diameter should connect to the suspension crossmember. Do not tighten the fasteners completely.
2. Install the suspension crossmember with the transverse rod onto the beam. The arrow on the transverse rod should point upwards. Do not tighten the fasteners completely.
3. Position the suspension crossbar and tie rod parallel to the beam axis, then tighten the fastenings to the specified torque (see figure "Rear suspension device").
4. Install the rear suspension assembly onto the vehicle (see section "Removal and installation the rear suspension").
