When disassembling the accelerator pedal or sensor, do not remove the switches.
Do not allow the accelerator pedal assembly to fall.
Do not allow water to come into contact with the accelerator pedal assembly.
Do not turn the adjusting screw (area marked with white paint) working unit of the accelerator.
Installing the accelerator pedal
Note: If the accelerator sensor connector was disconnected, after connecting it, it is necessary to carry out the "training" procedure of the fully released accelerator pedal. To do this, after warming up the engine, do not press the accelerator pedal for 10 minutes.
Checking the pedal operation
Check that the pedal moves freely throughout its entire range.
Make sure the accelerator pedal returns to its original position after it is released.
Make sure that the accelerator working unit drum is fully open.
