EGR valve (Nissan Serena C24)

Examination

Check the resistance between contacts 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4, 5 and 6 of the connector.

• Resistance: approx. 15 Σ (at 20°C)

Removal

1. Drain the coolant on a cold engine.

2. Remove the upper air cleaner housing, intercooler cover, engine cover, intercooler cover and bracket, intercooler,

3. Disconnect the connector and remove the water hose.

4. Move the water pipe away from the intake manifold.

5. Remove the EGR pipe.

6. Remove the EGR valve.
