Purpose
This manual has been written to help the owner of the vehicle get the most out of it. This task is achieved in several ways. The data collected and presented below allows the owner of the vehicle to decide what maintenance work should be carried out and when, and whether it makes sense to try to do it yourself, or you should contact the representative office of the manufacturer or a car service workshop. The Manual includes descriptions of the procedures for mandatory routine maintenance and repair of the car, as well as a schedule for their implementation. In addition, information is offered on diagnosing malfunctions of vehicle components and systems (in case of their refusal), as well as ways to eliminate their causes.
Rules for using the manual
The guide is divided into chapters. Each chapter is divided into sections. Sections, in turn, are divided into subsections and, where required, into sub-subsections and consist of paragraphs (also consecutively numbered).
The proposed text is accompanied by explanatory illustrations.
The description of the procedures once mentioned in the text is usually not repeated a second time. Instead, if necessary, reference is made to the relevant section/subsection of the relevant chapter where the procedure has already been encountered.
References to the position of an assembly or component on the left or right of the vehicle are meant to be forward facing in the driver's seat.
All procedures in this manual are described in a simple and understandable way. If you strictly follow the instructions in the text and accompanying illustrations, no difficulties should arise.
Due attention should be paid to the specifications and tightening torques given in the specifications at the beginning of each chapter. Specifications should be followed in all work. Within the individual sections, the necessary dimensions and values for adjustment are not always given.
The simplest operations like «open the hood» or «loosen wheel nuts», are taken for granted and also not always mentioned.
On the contrary, the text details the most complex procedures that need a detailed description.
