Removal
1. Remove the center console. See chapter Body.
2. Disconnect the connector from the indicator lamp switch.
3. Loosen the adjusting nut and separate the rear left and right cables from the front cable.
4. Unscrew the nuts securing the parking brake assembly and remove it from the vehicle.
5. Remove the wheels from the vehicle.
6. Remove the brake pads assembly from the rear wheels and disconnect the cable from the bellcrank.
7. Remove the center and rear heat shields.
8. Unhook the clamps on the fuel tank. See chapter Accelerator, fuel system and exhaust system.
9. Unscrew the rear cable support mounting bolts and remove the cables from the vehicle.
Installation
1. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Tighten the nuts and bolts to the required torque.
2. Adjust the parking brake. See section "Adjustment".
