Low oil pressure warning light
Lights up when engine oil pressure drops below normal.
The IPDM E/R unit reads the signal from the low oil pressure warning lamp switch and transmits the signal to the instrument cluster via the CAN bus.
When a signal is received from the switch, the instrument cluster gives a command to turn on the low oil pressure indicator lamp.
