1. Remove the upper brake light. See section "Lighting system".
2. Disconnect the washer pipe (2) at the joint.
Note: The washer tube can be accessed through the hole that is used to install the upper brake light.
3. Press the latch (B) on the back of the rear window washer nozzle (1) and remove the washer nozzle from the rear door.
Note: The washer nozzle can be accessed through the opening in the rear door inner panel (A).
4. Disconnect the washer hose from the nozzle.
Installation
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Adjust the washer nozzle jet.
Checking the check valve
Blow air in the direction of the jet outlet and make sure that air flows in one direction only. Make sure that air cannot flow in the opposite direction (on inhalation).
